all the people are nice and friendly. I like them.
Regarding "tax preparation department" VERY unprofessional, 2017! Hours are 9-1 Sat. I arrived at 12:01 only to be told there's an hour to an hour and a half wait. I said that's fine , sat down, and then was told we aren't taking anymore people. I've been doing my taxes there last 3/4 years , telling everyone I no. That would not happen if they were ' volunteering in another area of Peoria.
The best thing since slice bread healping people get their feet back on ground and jump start in life blessed place to work .and get healp.
