As a property owner, I inherited Metco from the previous property owner. Matt is shady and claims he was not told the house was being sold even though his office was told. He is quick to charge fees to the myself as a new owner after the fact. He offered a refund and when we accepted he threatened his lawyer and declined the refund. Do not hire if you if you are a property owner.
My mother bought a condo managed by metco. the home inspector warned her of a very large mice problem .{ She is 84 with dementa ] They sent daves pest contol over to block out mice that had been invading the house leaving mite [scabie] and who knows what else. Now she has been forced to move because of the mites. naturally the monthly bill is right on time. They told me ' thats your problem whats on the inside. Like the mited once entered into your dwelling are in another venue. What blank blank lazy....blank blank.
My entire family has rented through metic for several years! They have fair prices and very helpful employees!
They were very helpful in a very tough situation and got me into a nice property much more efficiently then any once could.
I have to give them zero stars. I don't know who the people know that rate them excellent. They told us that if something like a broken fridge is sth that is classified urgent and can be even be repaired on the weekends. Well they don't hold their promise. We had an oven that was broken (told them that we think it's a fire hazard) even after writing on their page and asking for a repair request and going in their offices. Nothing happened. They lie, repairs are not good quality, upon moving out, they kept harassing us, lied to get more money. Metco I'd never rent from again.
