I have the worst Flu I have had in years. I decide to call my Dr to get my cough medicine because I am in so much pain I can't sleep can't stop coughing all day all night 102 fever chills. The worst stuffy nose I have ever felt so much pain. My head feels like it's in a vise. My roomate is in ICU with this Flu. I figured I could get a teleheallth because it's horrible to have to come in and I also do not have a car. They didn't help me at all. They gave medication that is worthless. Didn't care about ALL of my concerns. Didn't want to listen to everything I had to say, trying to get me out of there fast. Made me feel like my concerns were not valid or listened to at all. I'm a caregiver I would never treat my patients like that. I have bad anxiety and the doctor was making it worse, there was no comfort or caring in this office!
