The building management is extremely rude, condescending, and dismissive. One of the biggest issues is the temperature in 7280, our unit specifically has been around 27°C (80°F). Despite reporting this multiple times, management has done nothing to resolve the problem. Living in these conditions is uncomfortable, and it’s disappointing that such a basic concern has been ignored. Cleanliness is another major issue. Management doesn’t care about the well being of people in the building. How do you not provide AC for your tenants since last year? Why would management order the AC parts due to the AC being broken during the summer 2025 when that could’ve been done in the fall or winter of 2024. They rather increase the rent price instead of fixing the real issues in this building. I would not recommend anyone to move here at all. Especially at 7230 Darcel ave. And to add this building has garbage problem .
Terrible experience so far living in this building there has been no AC since last year summer 2024 and the issue has yet to be resolved. Leaving pets behind in this heat in your own home is horrible and heartbreaking knowing the fact that you’ll be at working with AC on and your pets are at home in the heat. Due to heat the hallways stinks. Why wasn’t the AC fixed during the winter ? Our rent should be reduced at this point. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to move here. Current tenant.
AC has not been fixed since last year and we are going through a heat wave. It is so hot that I can easily pass out. These are terrible living conditions and yet they demand to increase rent? They need to resolve this issue quick, or l'll take it up with either the tenant board or go to my local councillor about this issue. No one should have to be going through a public health weather advisory for the heat and not have air conditioning.
