Living here is a challenge. The tenants smoke inside the apartments. I have sent several emails to the company but no one does anything and I am worried about my 1-year-old baby. very rarely do you see happy managers, it feels like a heavy energy, they are almost always angry or frustrated, I don't know. The garbage room constantly has rats and smells horrible, there is not enough air. I lived here for 2 years and the most amazing thing was the manager of this building. Ludmila and her husband Velademir are very very nice, friendly and helpful.
I wish zero stars was an option. Metcap is a bunch of slumlords in every sense of the word. They charge outrageous rent for a building that is not kept in working order. Just ask the people that got trapped in the elevators yesterday when the power got turned off without notice for hours. Or you can ask any of us that, to no fault of our own, had NO HOT WATER FOR THREE DAYS LAST WEEK. I'd write more, but we AGAIN HAVE NO POWER RIGHT NOW, and I'm conserving battery power on my device. Don't rent here, save yourself.
So bad customer service, so bad and not safe apt and parking, everything are wrong here, Dont choose metcap
