I rented from MetCap at 2920 Fairlea Crescent in Ottawa, and I can tell you that even 1 star is very generous for them. In addition to the various insects in the building and the filthy swimming pool with rats, we had to deal with very rude staff members such as James. They mark issues as repaired, but in reality they do absolutely nothing. I definitely would not rent from them again
Horrible building management. Their properties are left in filth, again, horrible management! Let's not talk about pest control. All the buildings are bed bug infested, and if you know the issue with bed bugs, they are stuck with you. No treatment controls them. I literally had to move to have peace. Metcap is also very upset when you want to move, they come after you with their accomplice scam of a company called suite collections. Watch out, do not rent from this company.
Metcap is the worst management company ever. Negative stars if I could. They don’t care about the well being of their residents. They advertise a pool but it’s not emptied or maintenance properly. They are saying it opens July 1 and closes September. 2 months out of 12 months that’s what you’re paying for. Heat waves start in May. Residents have asked for the pool to be ready for May 24 weekend every year. They do not care. Only about taking your money. Worst building to live in cockroaches in fest the apartment The apartments walls are paper thin hear everything 24 7 the constant door slamming 24 7 The landlords do not care they ignore any complaint and there is garbage in the front lobby all the time in the sitting areas like bags of it The city of Ottawa as well immigration send people to live there Very horrible place to live
