Beware of all the tenants in this building. I was a tenant in this building and was absent from the house for a period of time due to a certain circumstance. I did not leave the apartment. While I was absent, they entered my apartment and took my air conditioner and some of my possessions. A gold medal, a watch, and a phone. They denied that they had taken them, and I will go to court because I went to the administration and they did not cooperate with me. They procrastinate and waste all of my time. The only thing good about this building is its location. issues we had: 1. entire building is infested with roaches. they are everywhere, even crawling on your bed at night. They do have pest control and if you request they can call them but it does not work. we had pest control for three times nothing worked. i could see them in my kitchen all the time. 2. Water shutoffs are very frequent and very common . they do notify most of the times about it but sometimes they just shut it without notice. water shutoff is for at least... read more
They did not help u if u have any problem at the building for me, my microwave was not working from.last one year there is file complain in metcap app no one responded on that. They give u hard time when u leave the building even if u have open contract with them. There agents wants you scame u and threatened the residents that they will spoil your credit score.
