Honest and unbiased review, doing my part to save a soul especially with all the recent rent hikes in the GTA. ...this building has Roaches, bed bugs, tiny ants everywhere and the doors have so much gaps the roaches keep crawling in and out of apartments they have to fumigate the whole building to fix this problem which they are too cheap to do. 165 Kennedy rd appartments, POOR & TERRIBLE customer services, BED BUGS all over the appartment, they are just interested in getting your hard earn money!! WORST, RUDE Management if you want peace & stress free life do-not rent with this Ranee Management Ever!!!

Would advise anybody considering here turn and run. Worse management ever only able to collect there rent. One elevator out 2 months. Rats seen near front entrance, roches and bed bugs. I only put one star in order to make a comment otherwise none. To much to list wrong .
