Well maintained building, so quiet nice neighborhood stores are a block away owned by Metcap parking available & laundromat in basement yes change is being made at this building the balconies are being worked on now Update: the workers are almost finished working on the balconies who knows if the rents will be increased it isn't a modern building but nice surroundings hopefully the rents won't be increased Update the work continues here finally they are moving forward with installing the balconies hopefully it will be finish... read more
Luxury apartment prices with below average service! No one ever responds to the emails, unless you email them like 100 times. Apartment updates are provided via paper on the doors instead of an email or portal system. This is problematic because if you're sick and haven't left the apartment in a few days, you will miss a note that says for example that the water will be shut off all day.
