Worst place to pay for. Don't waste your money. Management lies and has no knowledge of running a building. Building always smells bad and very dirty. They fix nothing and make money for doing nothing. Don't even bother renting here, you'll regret it!
Terrible management
60 Stevenson is better than 40 Stevenson. The management of this building is so miserable.
Lots of problem in the apartment such as water supply , clealiness , parking and worst thung is the managment lady in apartment office ( not surbhi patel) the other lady who does not even have sense of how to talk with tenets. @met cap living has to focus on this issue. Should have to teach that illitrates and unprofessional managment team member to shows some politness and manners towards the tenants. Worst place to live. After paying more than 2500 cad rent per month you will not get enough water supply for your basic need. There are so many issue in metcapliving 40 stevenson but atleast provide basic neccessity. Shame on you @metcap living for the service that you provide to your tenet you should have to care about your tenet. Most intresting part is after complaining so many time you will be tired but you will not get solution.
