Mr. Simion is nice guy, very cooperative & responsible knowledgeable and he knows how to get done quickly and efficiently.
The supers try their best, but MetCap has to do better. Fix things, side door always broken, homeless sleeping in the stairwell, bed bugs, cockroaches, mice. Laundry room a mess, outdated things in apartments so they cant be fixed! But they don't play on jacking up the rent yearly! Power wash the carpets in the hallways, or change them.
