These buildings have always been owned by Whitehall but were previously managed by Metcap. Over the past year, Whitehall Apartments has taken over direct management. Unfortunately, the buildings appear to have experienced a decline in maintenance and overall upkeep during this transition. Stop taking my reviews down. Metcap is the worst apartments to live in. Infested with feral ants. Piss stained hall ways. Windsor old hospital is not a good place to live. Pipes leak. Clean up your act Metcap. Your rents are a joke for the filthy living conditions of unkept buildings.
