Havent lived here since begging of the year and keeps saying I owe rent forJanuary and sent it to collections, I put in a proper notice and they did not listen.
lived here for a few months in 2016... worse conditions and management than prison, we had a broken mail box that could be opened by sticking your finger in the hole and pushing the mechanism many reports of mold and general nastiness in multiple units that were simply disregarded. 1 star is not low enough. the current conditions of living sound worse from what i read.
Property managers are thieves. Stole our mail. Will enter your apartment without notice. You have been warned
These people are pathetic 🙄 they refuse to do even the simplest of repairs and put like 13 different clueless, useless employees in front of anyone who actually has the power to get anything done. They will raise your rent every single chance they legally can citing " raising cost of maintenance etc " yet don't actually do any of it. If I could give them less than 1 star I would.
