DO NOT RENT WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!! Terrible customer service. I found a unit I was interested in viewing and booked a time to come view said unit. I got a confirmation email and a reminder email that my appointment was confirmed. Took time off work and made the trek over for my viewing and no one was there to greet me. I called the rental management line and they told me there was actually no units available in that building and the posting was old. Terrible organization on their part and a waste of my limited vacation days... read more
When our building was taken over by Metcap from the previous building management company, the maintenance and sevice of our building went down hill.
the second this company took over our building, our rents went from $1200 a month to $2098 , for a 1 bedroom 40 year old apartment with no laundry, disgusting!!!
