When our building was taken over by Metcap from the previous building management company, the maintenance and sevice of our building went down hill.
the second this company took over our building, our rents went from $1200 a month to $2098 , for a 1 bedroom 40 year old apartment with no laundry, disgusting!!!
Grace was unprofessional and rude. Scheduled a viewing by phone on Tuesday, for the coming Friday. When we arrived at the property, at the scheduled time, there was nobody there, and my phone and intercom calls went to voicemail. Read the reviews here and on yelp, they’re abundantly negative for a reason. Don’t repeat my mistake and waste your time with them
MetCap recently took over our building in Vancouver and since then, nothing gets sorted and everything is just a huge mess Last Friday, our shower tap stopped working and the water would not stop running, so my boyfriend had to take it apart to even turn it off. We called the management over the weekend and they told us they would eventually send someone to fix it maybe in the next week! So we are currently without a shower and are able to use only tap in our bathroom sink. This company is making living in our building a nig... read more
