Great building with Friendly and greatly Helpful Management. Awesome pet friendly building. In an Ammazing location. Love the Mall in the building it just have so much to offer. Thank you
Niluka and Dilshan are professional and approachable building managers who work hard to support the residents and maintain the property. They are generally responsive to concerns and do their best to address issues as they arise.
The management team here are vey helpful and kind. The location of this place is also very convenient
I've lived at 9500 Erickson Drive (Tower East, Lougheed Village) for more than a year now and have to give a huge shoutout to Niluka and Dilshan on the property management team. They're attentive, responsive, and genuinely care about making the building a great place to live. Any maintenance requests or questions I've had were handled quickly and professionally, and they're always friendly and approachable whenever I see them around the property. The building itself is well maintained. Highly recommend!
My partner and I have been living at 9500 Erickson for just under a year and we are loving it. Niluka was amazing from our walk through to our move in. She and Dilshan are always around and that makes me feel more at ease knowing they are around. The building is always clean (and if it isn’t, that’s more a resident issue than a manager issue) and we’ve experienced no major issues.
