Received a parking ticket for failing to present it during parking (monthly parking, btw). Spoke to Metcalf and they said to email parking permit, which I did, but since I sent it from my personal email (without my full name in it), I was told the ticket still stands and that the contract was terminated because I they looked at my email name, and concluded it was someone else - again, without verifying my identity.
