I've been coming to here for over 10 years and when ian pragnell left I was unsure about the new ownership. At first all was well but now, I will not be returning. I've gotten x-rays the last 2 times I've gone and previously when I went was told I was overdue for the x-rays. I refused them as I know they just want to over charge me. They also bent my underwire causing me significant pain and I left feeling less clean then before. Do not recommend
I've been coming to here for over 10 years and when ian pragnell left I was unsure about the new ownership. However the service and care this office provides continues to be excellent. In particular the hygienists Leah, she is a wonderful, kind friendly young lady but best of all you can tell she cares. I really appreciate how she tells me exactly what she's doing, why she's doing it and helps me understand my oral hygiene in a way no other hygienist or dentist has done. Couldn't reccomend more! Thanks guys!
New management! Dr. Kelly and Dr. Li left this office years ago!
I have been phoning this office for days. No answer, what kind of a professional office runs this way! I am completely disgusted.
Dr. Jing Jing Li did an amazing job on my crown last week! She has such a gentle touch and made sure that I was comfortable for both of my appointments. Going to the dentist can be stressful but Dr. Li and her staff made the procedure as comfortable as can be! I highly recommend anyone who is looking for an Ottawa dentist to give Metcalfe Dentistry a try.
