I would say this is the best place I've ever rented from. Tara who works the front desk is the nicest property manager I've ever came across. Makes me feel more like family than a tenant. Maintenance has always came quickly when something needs fixed. I've rented from everyone in richmond and I can say by far this is the best place I've ever rented from. 10 out of 10. For many years I’ve rented from Tara and Metcalf Associates and the idea of ever renting from anyone else is very difficult. Not only is she available nearly 24/7- she cares about everyone that rents from her. She’s quickly become not only a trusted landlord, but a very close friend. I have never met anyone more down to earth yet exceedingly professional in all my life, and there’s a reason why her wait list to rent is through the roof. Tara is an amazing landlord, and an amazing friend.

Most unprofessional rental management I’ve ever came across. Ive driven up to pay my rent multiple times to see the property manger Tara kissing the creepy maintenance man with the moles on his face. The lack of professionalism in this establishment truly baffles me. The maintenance man mentioned earlier is always creepy when things need to be worked on, always staring at my younger sister. The office also smells constantly of cat urine. A true nightmare, you’d be better off living in your car or homeless.

I've lived in a few other apartments in the area and I can tell you the rental manager here is by far the best I've ever had. I can tell she has a big heart and wants to help everyone as best as she can. I hope my next move is into my own home because I'm not sure if ever want to rent under anyone else!
