Dr. Metayer and her entire staff are always warm, friendly and fun when I visit. I never leave without a smile and a laugh. Dr. Metayer works hard to balance a successful, professional practice with giving back to the community she’s been a part of for over 30 years. Her work outside of the office, including allowing and encouraging her staff to help as well, has done wonders to better the region.
Dr. Metayer is wonderful. Very talented and professional. Her entire staff is absolutely amazing! They all joined together to help me pick out just the right frames. Her front desk staff (Emily and Tasha) are so professional and efficient, I always feel so taken care of. They can often be found in the community volunteering for local charities. Dr. Metayer’s passion for supporting the community has obviously influenced her staff.
Dr Metayer, Kelly, and Melissa are great! long time together, work well together. Emily at the front desk is TOXIC. Rude, impatient, dresses inappropriately. Not a good representative of this practice. needs to be behind the scenes, not greeting patients. I recently switched to Dr Whelan in Falmouth, couldnt be happier with this class act practice!
First appointment, very friendly staff. I appreciated the time they spent explaining the procedure and answering any questions I had.
