The proprietor of the business sold us a Jeep, of which the air-conditioning was clearly not working. Fixing it was a condition of the sale. Now, after working out a "side deal" on the deposit, not only has he had the Jeep for three days now but there is no word on the status of the repair and he is dodging repeated calls to his direct number.
