MetaPhyis a total fraud. Never explaining that you can and will be billed even directly denying that you will be billed when asked. The representative led us to believe that she was working at the doctors office and tried to build a medical case from me who has zero health issues. Now I am battling a healthy bill from this fraudulent company. Will be reporting them to Medicare.

I was misinformed from the beginning, the service was promised to have no co-pay but did. The service was a complete waste of time I was provided a scale but was not provided any data or even a way to access the data. I got a phone call that amounted to someone going over the things I already knew such as my medications and my medical conditions. It was a complete and utter waste of time. I think the whole program should be investigated for Medicare fraud.
