Terrible experience with Metamorphasis. I was looking for a simple estimate on getting pavers in my backyard. They came to look at it over the summer and said the estimate would take about two weeks. After about a month I followed up and they said they were still working on it. Then another month goes by so I followed up again and they said they were no longer doing the projects I was requesting basically because they had bigger projects that took priority. Hello Kristin, we're sorry to hear this and that you feel that way. We always do our best to try and accommodate everyone, regardless of the size of the project. We decided midpoint last season that above ground pools and small patios that at that time, we wouldn't be able to accommodate, based on the back log of material availability and scheduling due to the nature of 2020. Jason from Metamorphosis Landscape did a beautiful job on my friend’s backyard so we looked to have his company do our front steps that were damaged and not safe. He picked out stone and colors perfect for our house, his crew was professional, cleaned up and did an awesome job. Will definitely look to use them again when we revamp our backyard for an inground pool. Thanks for fitting us in on our time crunch!
I cannot recommend this company enough. Metamorphosis Landscape and Design (Jason Merz). Amazing customer service and professionalism; estimate was accurate and within our expectations, Jason was sure to keep us informed as we changed designs as the cost was certainly a factor; design was very important to us, and Jason worked us to get the ideas in our minds onto paper and installed. There aren't enough stars to leave as a review for Metamorphosis. My pool and house patio were completed over the weekend and they blew my expectations out of the park. From me being the most anal, picky person and a perfectionist , I was 100000% satisfied. Our backyard looks amazing and would recommend metamorphosis to everyone. Job well done!
Simply amazing at what they do, well thought out designs - extreme attention to detail. Very easy to work with. Absolutely beautiful product. I highly recommend.
