I asked for a perm rolled a certain way. I sent pictures and a video of exactly how i wanted it. I explained i had this done many times in the past and my hair is hard to perm, so it must stay in a little longer. She said "i can do that!" She rolled it wrong, she never checked 1 rod before removing it, she was rushed about leaving for a date, i have never received such awful service in my life. I will never go back nor would i suggest going to someone who wont listen to you.
