Absolutely ridiculous counsellor Cheryl Baker. It didn't feel like I was talking to a professional at all; it was just a not-so-sympathetic person phasing out most of what I said.

I had my first appointment scheduled yesterday, July 9th @ 5pm. At first I was going to go in for my appointment but a big tree branch landed on my vehicle over the weekend, so I did not have transportation. I called the office explained what happened and the lady who answered my call was super understanding and said we can change my appointment to virtual appointment instead of in person. I have had nothing but good experiences with Metamorphosis. There are times when I needed to change my appointment from in-person to virtual or reschedule and they have been very accommodating. My counselor is also very professional and helpful.
