I called Metamorphosis on Wednesday around noon to schedule an appointment. Someone took my name and telephone number down and told me I would get a text that afternoon to request my insurance information and schedule an appointment. I never heard back. I called the next day on Thursday around 1pm and left a voicemail for a call back and I never heard back. Today is Friday 11:25AM and I still have not heard back.
