On the website for new clients, it states to give a call before booking your appointment. What she failed to tell me was shes not at the salon address listed all over google and her website, but now working from her home address. So i had to uber from her old shop to her house (2 ubers) and then i had to wait in the terrible weather (30 or so minutes) because she decided to run to the store real quick a minute before i got there lol. Bad business. Untouched hair, but taken for a loop with my bank info. Be very skeptical. Thank goodness...dodged that one.

So happy with my hair! I was able to book a last minute appointment before traveling. Darlene was efficent, in and out in less than 2 hours for a silk press! She gave me tips about improving the health of my hair and recommended maintenance intervals. I will definitely be back for routine maintenance in a few weeks.
