I am currently pregnant with my third baby and had been having a lot of pelvic pain. I am always active and work full time along with chasing a 5 and 3 year old. Heidi and kathy helped create new workouts and stretches to do while pregnant that would help me strengthen my pelvis, ease my pain and maintain alignment. They were accommodating to my hectic schedule and even went out of their way to see how I was feeling when I wasn’t in their office for an appointment.
