I absolutely love this facility!! Dr. Siwak is great. She takes the time to explain everything with you, in detail. Erica the RN is great as well. She is very friendly and very thourough in explaining things. They all go above and beyond expectations. I have never had a bad experience here. The entire staff is friendly and courteous. I highly recommend Dr Siwak. She is the best Doctor I have ever had!!
I had such a great visit today. My provider- Ellyn, had relocated to this office from East Peoria and I am glad I decided to follow her here. My nurse- Sara, was amazing, she made me feel so comfortable. And as always, Ellyn was great! Great experience overall.
Absolutely furious at this office. I was established months ago, my wife called during pregnancy to get established with a new patient appointment coming up. Wife was pregnant and we all wanted to be seen by the same family practice. Can't really register a new baby and was told to call back when he was born and that that they would see him then. Kaitlyn was so rude over the phone. Inefficient at booking, inefficient at medication refills, inefficient at patient care overall. Go anywhere but here. You’ll thank me later.
