Dr. Syiwek is amazing and is the most helpful Dr. I have ever had. I really appreciate all the help she has given me through my brain cancer diagnosis. Sometimes it gets hard to get through when you call after 3:00. But I can't say enough good things about Dr. Syiwek! She is a Dr that I can trust when I do come to my end stage cancer. If you need yourself a very good trustworthy Dr who will listen to your problems and do their best to help you then I definitely recommend her!
Today I went to the clinic to schedule an appointment with the doctor. The receptionist, Tanya, immediately said the doctor was fully booked and unavailable. When I asked if we should go to the emergency room, she said no. I then asked, 'Do you know the address?' (I hadn't been there before.) She bluntly replied,' I don't know. You'll have to look it up online.' Her attitude was utterly rude, lacking any courtesy or compassion.
I absolutely love this facility!! Dr. Siwak is great. She takes the time to explain everything with you, in detail. Erica the RN is great as well. She is very friendly and very thourough in explaining things. They all go above and beyond expectations. I have never had a bad experience here. The entire staff is friendly and courteous. I highly recommend Dr Siwak. She is the best Doctor I have ever had!!
I had such a great visit today. My provider- Ellyn, had relocated to this office from East Peoria and I am glad I decided to follow her here. My nurse- Sara, was amazing, she made me feel so comfortable. And as always, Ellyn was great! Great experience overall.
