Kyle and Tanner were very professional. Price was a little high for me right now but will be calling metalman in the future ! They answered all my questions and brought up issues that I hadn't even thought of. They did not try to make a hard sale but were patient and understood my reservations, that had nothing to do with their product or service but rather with the current state of my finances in these financially troubled times.
Tanner and Jason inspected the roof, took lots of pictures and gave a very thorough and detailed presentation of the company and products. They explained installation procedures and what I will be receiving. They explained the cost structure and a available financing. They were polite, personable, professional and knowledgeable. Will review again after the work is completed
We're happy with the product and installation. We are not happy with the office and production managers. They didn't communicate with us without me contacting them first. The production manager was disrespectful and condescending The job took almost 3 months. When I asked for some consideration the production manager said no. I wouldn't use MetalMan roofing g again.
