Was setup for failure from the get go. I’m ashamed to have ever even stepped foot in this poor excuse of a job dump. I do owe this place one thing however and that is the reason I decided to pivot my career to entrepreneur work and stay as far away from corporate driven dog and pony show fake cater to the audience political slavery. I realized it’s better to make myself rich than scumbags whose integrity is so far beneath mine that I can’t even waste my time correcting fools.
As a former employee I can say my experience at metallizing was a very good one. My colleagues were honest and hard working, with a desire to produce the best possible product under strict customer parameters. The management is fair, treating it's employees with decency and making them feel welcomed. I have particular respect for the heads of the shipping department and production floor, as well as the foremen, who worked tirelessly to see jobs finished in a timely manner.
