Metallico has several varieties of chains and charms to choose from and I think she even ordered in what we were looking for specifically. When I snagged my bracelet and broke my chain, she was able to get me in right away and didn’t charge me for the fix. She was so fast, friendly and my bracelet looks great!
Brook is the BEST! She is professional, fun and knows what she’s doing! She has SO many options! She is informative on aftercare too! Highly recommend!
