I went here twice today. Both times were excellent experiences. The first time was with a truck load of aluminum siding. I was by myself and having trouble undoing the straps. The gentleman working came over and undid the ratchet straps for me and then took off the homemade side panels. Then he got on the grapple excavator and took most of the aluminum off for me and put on the sides and straps. The second time was with a truck load of steel.
