Had gone in to metalflex this morning in hope of buying a vent that had broken from my ducted air conditioning. The fabulous young man at the reception looked at the broken piece and very kindly went to the back and came out with what l needed. No money was taken....what a champion! Thank you for being so kind and....keep up the great work and customer service. It means a lot these days walking in to a business without having to be dealing with someone on their phone ignoring customers. Well done Metalflex
