I would never pick up a load from here after I spent 2hours on street for them to find out that I pick to WI not NC. And I mentioned it - WI! They started to bring load out where label stated NC. Figuring something wrong, taking it back inside and finally loading with the right items. Broker says it is ready to pick up now, but it took 3h40min to leave the place. Think twice before you come for a load.

Worst place I ever worked for hands down. Nasty cruel people. I see several other reviews from people who hated working there. By and far the most rude bunch of employees I ever had the displeasure of working with. I worked there when it was in the big orange building next to the post office off Milwaukee Ave. I gather that is closed now?
