I placed an order for some rear coil springs for my FJ Cruiser. I had them installed but I was not satisfied with how they were performing. I sent an email message to Metal Tech about my dis-satisfaction not expecting much to come of it. I am very new to the off-road scene and had been researching my options when it came to suspension for a while. I ordered an icon stage one for my 2004 tacoma. Two months later I have my rear shocks only! Again, a huge inconvenience since I had plans to use them now! Why such mix ups with orders! This sucks!!
I had a great experience with metaltech. They got my stuff going quickly and the rep Chris has always got the answer! The only thing hat took a while was for Icon to build my lift kit. When ordering a hand made system like this, this is to be expected. Always my first choice when looking at parts for my Tacoma. Thanks guys!
