We had a roof installed one year ago. The material that was used was defective. The black material covering the metal came off. Their SOLUTION was to use spray paint to cover the metal. We complained with no results. We spent $18,000 on a roof that looked horrible. As if that was not bad enough, we got five leaks in our house.
