It took forever to receive replacement panels that were damaged. They had the protective covering on the wrong sides. Halfway through one wall the panels started getting off line. The panels were 1/2 larger than the other panels making it impossible to aline with adjoining walls. I still have not received the closures I'm on my seventh month......

Wasting my time I arrived at 9 am and its 6pm now and didn’t get loaded, every time I ask them they say 30 more minutes. Avoid this place they rude, they lie and the loads are dirt cheap anyway

I have ordered from them twice, not only was it cheaper then the alternatives. (Ims), the product itself is pristine when loaded on my truck, all of my finished metals I ordered were well packaged and safely secured. Everyone i have met there have been helpful and friendly. So far I appreciate my experience with you guys and hope to continue doing business with you in the future

Please hire more office staff to help socal reps office. I put in jobs to be quoted, up to 11,000+ sqft jobs...and I get no feedback. You are loosing LOTs of business by not getting price quotes out to contractors. I have no choice but to go to competitors were I receive pricing within a max of 2 days, sometimes within hours the same day.
