Excellent customer service started at time of call to place the order all the way to order fulfillment!!! We placed an order for a custom downspout on Tuesday, was told it would be ready on Friday. I spoke with Brian on Thursday morning to ask if there was anyway that it could be ready for pickup that day and was met with a “Yes, that should not be a problem and I will call you when it is completed”, and he did!!
