They messed up 2 of my previous orders. When you question them on this all you get is “well you got a quote from us a month ago and now you’re going ahead with this a month later ” well no shit Sherlock that’s how it is in order to price a job accordingly! Put in an order but the counter staff Darren he gave me a quote that said 150C×1.9mm purlins. I said I wanted 250C 1.9mm an his quote was wrong. I waited for about 15mins but he could not find the price (obviously no experience with this product). He said I will call you back with the price as he did. I confirmed once more the steel sizes and he proceeded to take the payment by credit card over the phone.
