First off, I do alot of resesrch on everything before buying something large! We had 8 companies come out, some just gave quotes via Google. :-( The prices were all over the map. We even priced regular shingles as well. They've gone up a lot!!! They all had pretty much the same pitch, but MRO was SO easy, well informed, didn't push and wasn't your typical sales person! This is our second installation by Metal Roof Outlet at two separate residences. Mike Cosyns was our salesperson for both. We have been very pleased with his personable service and knowledge. The rooves were installed quickly and the job sites were left as they were found. Very pleased with the clean up after removing cedar shakes from one of the properties. We would highly recommend this company!
