Fine service, no complaints. Pete did a good job, as usual. He also explained the features and benefits of new equipment.
We woke up to a non functioning digital thermostat. I called Metal Masters and left a request for service with their answering service. Jeremy was able to respond before the scheduled time and we were thrilled! He explained how a bug in the attic had tripped a safety device in the pan under the unit. This turned off the 24 volt to our thermostat. Always a fan of Metal Masters for years. Because of our maintenance agreement, bug removal was no charge.
