I was having issues with my system keeping to the set temperature schedule after shutting it down for about a week. David was sent out to see if everything was working properly and provided EXCELLENT service. He not only addressed the problem, but took the time to give me a tutorial so that I could better understnad how to manage the control board. He is knowledgeable, professional, and thorough - a real pleasure to work with. I really appreciate how accountable and responsible this company is!!!!!
