Existing customer and I’ve been ghosted. Gate they installed in 2021 was not what we discussed or what I expected. It's given me problems since. It won't stay closed and slams so hard in the wind constantly. The frame of the gate is attached to the other side of my bedroom wall so I listen to it frequently slamming all night long in the wind.
