Brian (the new owner) and his team are absolutely fantastic. Ignore the past reviews; this is not the same company, at all. On our most recent project, Brian and his staff have bent over backwards to help us get our design from paper to reality. Their knowledge and skillset have been of incalculable value throughout this process. In addition to top tier service, their pricing has been competitive with other fab shops. I would highly recommend contacting Innovated for all things metal fabrication.

I worked there 10 years nine shop but they don't give you good benefits good for short term work

I can't believe the reviews, I worked there part time for about 2 years and Dave or Scott were friendly to me. I did my work and didn't screw off. I have worked in many sheet metal shops and this one is the first with air conditioning. Welding is welding in all the shops I have worked. It's simple easy welding MIG and TIG. You have to realize Innovated is in business to make money and pcs per hour and quality matter. Don't work here. Dave is abusive on a good day, and downright vile on a bad day. I was told I couldn't use the bathroom or have water near me while welding because he didn't "pay for bathroom trips". I was verbally harassed for the way I set work down on the table, and my skills were belittled despite them running through three other welders in the month I was there. Clearly I'm not the only one who's experienced this. Dave will expect off the clock work (a labor violation) and yells when he can't get his way. I can't imagin... read more
