Fortify is the lamest company Mueller owns I called three different times one guy said he didn't know if they sold 4x8x16guage sheet metal the next guy said no we don't with a very rude tone the next person was a girl working in the front desk she took my number and said she was giving it to a gentleman when he got back to work I believe she did but did the guy call me no he did not do they will never get my business there watch out folks
Good experience overall. Front desk lady Rose is very nice and friendly, sales coordinator was also very friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are pretty good, and the material is great. Worked with Jesus, and he was great

Material was ordered on 06/23 for pickup on 06/25. It was confirmed to be ready by 06/24. Upon arrival on 06/25, the order was not ready, and we were asked to wait an hour. After returning to the job site, we discovered the wrong material had been loaded into our vehicle. Since we were informed delivery was not an option, we had to make another trip so the incorrect material could be exchanged for the correct order, resulting in unnecessary delays and additional travel.
