MetalCraft Docks went above and beyond to correct a problem with a section of my 11 piece dock that I purchased in 2012. This dock is lightweight and built solid. One section was bowed and out of square. MetalCraft Docks fixed it under warranty. Thanks to Jeffery and his team! You did a fantastic job!
I will have a hard time recommending or selling one of these docks to my clients again. They have failed me time and time again with a promised timeline to get the dock. Communication is horrible. I'm tired of looking bad because of metal craft.
