I had my metal porch coverings replaced by a roofer who used this company as their supply this summer and lived the results so much I decided to buy the metal R-panel for my chicken coop that I installed myself. Their staff was great in helping me and making sure I had everything I needed for my simple project. The panels are cut to length and far cheaper, more than half the cost of buying from a big box store, and I didn't have to cut the panels at all because I made sure my structure was in multiples of 3 feet. Best prices in town, always great service.
My builder used Metal Center for the metal roof on our brand new home. Installer did a poor job and I reached out with photos asking for manufacturer recommended install instructions for the various issues. After emailing 4 times over a 2 week period, I have yet to receive any response from Metal Center. Poor customer service.
Highly recommended the customer service is top notch and the prices are the best, top quality materials if you want good materials you have to buy from the best!
