My builder used Metal Center for the metal roof on our brand new home. Installer did a poor job and I reached out with photos asking for manufacturer recommended install instructions for the various issues. After emailing 4 times over a 2 week period, I have yet to receive any response from Metal Center. Poor customer service.
Highly recommended the customer service is top notch and the prices are the best, top quality materials if you want good materials you have to buy from the best!
This place is top notch. I'm not a roofer but I've had a couple of great experiences here. The first was like 15 years ago when I had an air headed roofer. He lost a rather expensive roll of flashing on my roof, and said he'd run out of it so he charged me for more. I later found the flashing on my chimney. I took it to Metal Mart and they let me return it. Now fast forward to this week, I'm building a brand new house.
