Placed my order over 6 months ago and still waiting! I have called so many times not once did they call me. Claim to have issue with their installer, they switched installers, and still nothing. I am sorry for their recent weather issues in *****, however a phone call would be nice and a little comforting. From a few weeks to well over 6 months and counting isn't fair to customers, if they can't handle the business dont take the orders. Spoke with ***** over at metal building outfitters. He made the process simple and was very knowledgeable on their products. Our building was just installed Monday, the crew was great as well as the communication leading up to install day. Highly recommended these guys.
