I love this clinic and my favorite doctor is Dr Andrew Kraftson I suggest anyone that looking a for a great doctor for your diabetes should ask to see him. I don’t sugarcoat anything he will keep real with you
Staff are extremely unprofessional, rude and seem miserable constantly. And unless you want to be forced to stand in the hall for over an hour waiting, go somewhere else. They will make you stand in the hall even when chairs are available in the office. This isn't 2020, I don't know how this miserable place stays in business
Medicine is so broken. DO NOT GO HERE! Being a type one diabetic things should be easy but they love to give the run around. They will cancel your appointment then you won’t be able to get in for months. Then they will not be able to fill your prescription because they have not seen you in months. They also make it very difficult getting supplies. I’ve been waiting weeks to get my CGM… I also asked if I could be switched to this awesome insulin pump I had no idea about but I have to come in for a whole other appointment for ... read more
Had my thyroid removed at 16. 10 years ago now Been coming here for years. Kraftson is the best doctor I have to see once a year, every year. I recommend coming here. The staff is actually real friendly from my own experience. I respect everyone has their own opinion with their own personal experience too.
