I don’t know what I would have done if I had not found MetabolicMD. Continuous glucose monitoring, diet change, and immense support from Dr. Paul Kolodzik and Rhett have been life changing for me. Dr. Kolodzik has helped me immensely. A little less than five weeks in and I’ve lost 21 lbs. and my daily glucose average has dropped from 112 to 96. The Continuous Glucose Monitor is a brilliant tool. As far as food, I am never hungry. I eat until I am full. I’ve always had a sweet tooth, so the secret for me is getting enough fat. If I eat enough fat and protein, I do not have any cravings. I highly recommend Metabolic MD and Dr. Paul Kolodzik.
Dr Paul is very knowledgeable and encouraging. As part of the journey, he includes a health coach as part of the treatment plan. With Dr Paul and his staff this will lead to positive, life long changes.
