Costs a lot of money for their "supplements" of vitamins, minerals, powdered protein shakes, powdered protein to add to foods to just go on a low carb and fat, high protein diet Yes lost some weight but just as with any "diet" as soon as you go back to your normal eating you gain back. Just change your eating habits and you will lose on your own with losing your money too.
The staff is super friendly and helpful. I was nervous at first, and didn't think I'd make it through my first week. I did, and lost more than expected. I'm excited to continue my journey with them.
I was actually excited about meeting with them. Went in for some information and they reviewed the different options with me. "Gold Plan", etc, but being a newbie I wanted to review my options. They wrote down the price we talked about and wrote down my "rejoin" options once that ran out. Went over the protein supplement costs. Pretty straight forward. Just found out today that I lost my first 10 pounds!! WOOHOO WHAT A GREAT FEELING!!! With effort and goals, loosing weight can be achieved!
I thought this place was BS but it really works I've been on this for a week and lost 6 1/2 pounds :)!!! My younger brother already lost 60pounds no joke!
